  • When will I receive my order?
    Once we have shipped your order you will receive an email with shipping confirmation. Orders shipped within Norway usually take 1-3 business days to be delivered after it is shipped out. For international orders usually take 4-10 business days to be delivered. All orders usually ship within 1-3 working days, depending on how many orders are pending at the time being.
  • Customs and import taxes
    For our customers outside Norway import duties, any additional taxes and custom fees are not included in your order or shipping fee. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. For our Norway based customers customs and other fees will NOT apply.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We offer world wide express shipping with DHL.
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    We aim to ship your order as soon as possible, if you haven´t received a shipping confirmation yet please contact us and we will try our best to change or cancel your order in time. If your order is shipped out already there is unfortunately nothing we can do to cancel or change your order. You will be able to return the order within 14 days.
  • Damaged during delivery
    If you have received a damaged or defected product please contact us and provide us with a picture of the damaged product within two days of receiving the parcel.
  • Can I return my order?
    We accept returns of unworn and undamaged products. Please contact us at CONTACT@BYJUNE.NO within 14 days of receiving the parcel, and we will help you make your return. Delivery costs will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for the return cost of 50 NOK. Email us at CONTACT@BYJUNE.NO to receive your return label Print the label and place it on your parcel Deliver your return to your nearest post office We will handle your return as soon as possible.
  • When will I receive my refund?
    Please allow up to 10 business days for us to receive your return. After receiving your return it can take 5-10 business days before the refund amount is back in your bank account.
  • Do you accept exchanges?
    For the time being we only accept returns and refunds. If you want to exchange a product, please contact us for your return and place a new order.
  • Can I return limited edition products?
    Limited Release items Cannot be returned or exchanged, unless deemed faulty. Items will clearly state 'This is a limited release item' on the product page.
  • What does pre-order mean?
    If a product is marked as a pre-order it means that the delivery time is longer than usual. The expected shipping date is stated in the product page. Pre-orders allows the customer to secure the product before it sells out.
  • When will my pre-order ship out?
    If you have ordered several items and one or multiple of the products are pre-orders, then your order will ship when the pre-ordered items are back in stock. The expected shipping date of each pre-order product is stated in the product description.
  • How should I care for my product?
    Avoid contact with water, lotion, soap and other similar substances. Do not wear jewelry while sleeping or exercising.
